Seconds to Serenity promises that you will enjoy your experience and feel so much better then you did before coming in. In order to make things run smoothly as possible please read the following information to ensure your satisfaction. Policies may be changed at any time.
ALL CLIENTS PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES BEFORE your scheduled massage time to ensure you get your full table time. If you are scheduled for a 10 am appointment please arrive at 9:55 so that your service starts at your scheduled time of 10am. Allowing an extra few minutes also helps you relax and unwind before your session starts, and for us to catch up. If you are a NEW CLIENT please allow 10 minutes to fill out required paperwork and for a consultation, arriving any earlier is not necessary. IF YOU ARRIVE EARLIER THAN 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WILL STILL BE SEEN AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME AND DOOR WILL NOT OPEN TILL THEN , PLEASE RELAX IN DOWNSTAIRS WAITING AREA. Upon arrival please make yourself comfortable in the downstairs waiting area, I will come downstairs and greet you. AS LONG AS YOU ARE ON TIME YOU WILL ALWAYS BE GUARANTEED YOUR FULL SESSION TIME. Please realize if you are late that your session will still end at the scheduled time as to not make the next client wait and be put behind schedule and you are responsible for the full payment of your service. If you are running late please out of courtesy call or text, to let us know you are still on your way, depending on how late you are it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment, HOWEVER you will still be responsible for full payment of your session that you arrived too late too.
CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS: When canceling an appointment please let us know as soon as possible. As a courtesy, a minimum 24 hour advance notice is required for any cancellations, or you will be charged the fee of the service you missed. Please keep in mind that canceling last minute or not calling or showing up or being late at all leaves your massage therapist with lost valuable time, as well as an empty table, which is lost business as another client could have had the appointment time that was reserved especially for you. If a no call/no show or less then a 24 hour advance cancellation should happen a valid credit card will be needed in order to reserve your next appointment. If you can not make it always do your best to send a family, friend, or loved one in your place to avoide a fee!
DISCOUNTS: No Discounts, Specials, Coupons, Offers, Promotions of any kind can be combined and also can not be applied to Purchased Package Prices. Only one redeemed per visit. Gift Cards/Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, refundable nor can they be traded in. Gift Cards/Vouchers in dollar amounts only good towards massage/service bought for not products. Not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please have any coupons or gift cards with you at the time of your service and mention when booking your appointment. If you do not have your discount or gift certificate/card with you, it will not be honored.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT: When scheduling your appointment state a couple choices for the date, time and service you are interested in as well as any promotions you may have. Booking at least 24 hours in advance is recommended but we will do our best to accommodate same day appointments. You can do this by email, text, phone or on the contact us page. You will be contacted within 24 hours. However, we will do our best to get back to you within an hour to let you know if the appointment you would like is available. For same day appointments Text or Call only and we will try our best to accommodate you, if we do not answer or respond right away a session is in progress and we will return your call or text within a couple hours. By appointment only. No walk-ins.
LOCATION: 1423 E. 7th Street is located close to the uptown area of Charlotte, NC. It is easily accessible from the highway. It is across the street from the Boy Scouts of America building. Please note you will have to enter by access to one of two other businesses, Smarty Pants or a Law Office. You can turn into the driveway for a business called Smarty Pants at 1409 E. 7th Street or you can turn into the driveway for Law offices at 1401 E.7th Street. Either driveway you choose you will continue up their driveway and go to the right, follow to the parking lot furthest to the right., it will be the second white house. Now you have arrived at a white house for 1423 E. 7th Street and there is ample parking. After entering, Seconds to Serenity will be on the second floor and upstairs to the left, however you can make yourself cozy in the downstairs waiting area and I will be with you shortly.
PAYMENT: Only CASH, CHECK or CREDIT CARDS will be accepted. Payment due on the day of service. Checks written out for date of service. There will be an additional fee for returned checks. Valid I.D required for checks.
